Terms of Service

These terms explain how SerpBase accounts, credits, payments, API access, and support are governed. They are written to make our checkout and billing model clear before purchase.

Effective date: 2026-04-04

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SerpBase website, dashboard, APIs, checkout flows, and related support services. By accessing or using SerpBase, you agree to these terms.

If you use SerpBase on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including use of issued API keys.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that threatens service stability or security.

Permitted and restricted use

You may use SerpBase only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and any technical limits or documentation we publish.

  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other access controls.
  • Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, or interfere with other users or third-party systems.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, mirror, or misuse the service in a way that exceeds the scope of your purchased access without our written approval.

Credits, billing, and payments

SerpBase operates on a prepaid credit model unless a different commercial arrangement is explicitly offered in writing. Purchased credits are added to your account after successful payment confirmation.

Payments are processed by Creem. By completing a checkout, you also agree to Creem's applicable checkout, payment, and fraud controls.

You authorize SerpBase and Creem to charge the selected payment method for the order amount, applicable taxes, and any fees clearly shown at checkout.

Refunds and failed requests

Unless required by law, completed credit purchases are generally non-refundable after the credits have been delivered to your account. If you believe there was an erroneous or duplicate charge, contact support promptly at [email protected].

Where SerpBase marks a request as failed due to a service-side issue, credits may be automatically restored according to our system rules. Automatic credit restoration for failed requests is not the same as a cash refund to your payment method.

Service availability

We work to keep SerpBase available and reliable, but the service may change over time and may experience interruptions, maintenance windows, or third-party failures.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including to maintain security, comply with law, or improve service quality.

Intellectual property

SerpBase and its related software, branding, content, and documentation remain the property of SerpBase or its licensors. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your valid access period.

Disclaimers and liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SerpBase will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

If liability cannot be excluded, SerpBase's total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SerpBase for the specific purchase or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.

Termination

You may stop using SerpBase at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you materially breach these terms, create security risk, expose us to legal liability, or misuse the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including billing, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless a different date is stated.
